You will receive a copy of your KYU Approval Letter EMAILED to you upon approval by the State of KY. If you do not have EMAIL capabilities, we will be glad to mail or fax you the permit.

After submitting your information, you will be directed to the Authorities Direct Payment Center to finish your order. Check out as you would any online shopping cart. (You will have to set yourself up as a new customer(1-2 minutes).
